Measurement and funnel economics
Conversion tracking, consent-aware analytics, attribution, and the unit economics underneath them: cost per acquisition, margin, and lifetime value.
What the work covers
Four parts, one number to hit.
Conversion tracking
Making sure the conversions the platforms optimize toward are the ones that make money, counted once and on time.
Consent-aware analytics
Analytics and tags that respect consent choices and privacy signals, and still give numbers you can act on.
Attribution
A clear view of which channels and searches lead to revenue, with honest limits on what can be known.
Unit economics
Cost per acquisition, margin, and lifetime value worked out first, so every target and bid has a reason.
If we cannot measure it, we do not scale it
Spend follows measurement. When tracking is wrong, platforms optimize toward the wrong thing, and budgets grow in the wrong places.
We start with what a customer is actually worth, make sure the numbers that reach the ad platforms reflect it, and only then talk about scale.
How a partnership starts
Four steps, no surprises.
Bring the opportunity.
Use the contact form to tell us about the niche, the domain, or the idea, and why now.
We look at the numbers.
Search demand, margin, lifetime value, and what it would take to win, before anyone commits.
We agree terms in writing.
Equity or a share of the upside, roles, and decisions, set out in a written agreement signed by both sides.
We build and run it together.
No hand-offs. We launch lean, read the data, keep what works, and cut what does not.
A good fit if
- You have a niche, a domain, or an idea with a real search or business opportunity.
- It is worth executing on or scaling, and you want to do it properly.
- You want a partner with skin in the game, not an agency billing hours.
- You are passionate, curious, and happy to get your hands dirty.
Questions
Do you set up tracking that respects consent?
Yes. Consent-aware analytics is part of the work: tags that wait for consent where it is required and still report what is needed.
Do you work for fees or by the hour?
No. We do not take retainers or bill hours. We work for equity or a share of the upside, agreed in writing.
Who does the work?
The people who scope the work are the people who do it. Nothing gets passed down to a junior team after the first call.
Where are you based?
In Taiwan, with regular time in Japan and the US. We work across Asia and North America, mostly in English, in whatever time zone the work needs.
How many partnerships do you take on?
A small number at a time, chosen because the opportunity is real and the people are good.
Selective by design.
We take on a small number of partnerships at a time. If you have an opportunity worth building, we are glad to compare notes.
